Management Trainee

The successful candidate will be an energetic and ambitious team player who will work with multiple departments. This role will start with an approximate 6 month assignment (other rotations tend to be shorter) working on ISO compliance. Thereafter, the Management Trainee will rotate through some or all of the following departments: Parts, Service, Rental, Marketing, IT, Accounting. The design of our Management Trainee program is to expose the employee to multiple facets of the organization to develop a strong understanding of what each department delivers for the organization.

• Recent college graduate with 4 year degree preferred
• Professional business experience is highly desired
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to quickly apply training received
• Technical background with good computer skills
• Well organized

• Computer Skills - Epicor/Silk Systems, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Mathematical Skills - Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Reasoning Ability - High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time

• Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will sit, use hands, talk/hear; Occasionally will stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, taste/smell.
• Lift and/or Move Functions: Occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Work Environment: Occasionally will work near moving mechanical parts, exposed to fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions
