A Business System Specialist will work with subject matter experts and end users to ensure that business system is meeting transactional expectations. This position requires good communication skills and technical troubleshooting abilities in order to analyze and resolve business system problems as well as provide documentation where required. It requires a thorough, detail oriented and highly motivated team player with a positive attitude to serve as a liaison and enhance communication between Business System Support and Business Operations.
