  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience


Our Ronkonkoma, NY location is currently seeking a full-time Equipment Sales Coordinator,  who will be responsible for managing the new equipment process. This includes entering documents and managing electronic and hard copy records.

  • Order new equipment.
  • Compile data for sales, invoicing and shipment reports.
  • Enter purchase and sales orders.
  • Create invoices for equipment billing.
  • Prepare warranty letters.
  • Calculate taxes.
  • Manage insurance documents.
  • Place equipment orders.
  • Coordinate truck loads.
  • Coordinate equipment needs for job-site.
  • Prepare closeout packets.
  • General filing duties.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Key Performance Measurements

  • Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information.


  • Experience in a customer service environment. At least 2 years preferred.
  • Construction administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, technology driven, service environment.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products: Outlook; Excel; and Word.
  • Able to work without supervision. Occasionally, will work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

  • Physical/Sensory Functions: Occasionally will stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Regularly will sit, use hands, talk/hear.
  • Vision: No special vision requirements.
  • Lift and/or Move Functions: Frequently will lift up to 10 pounds
  • Work Environment: Occasionally will work near wet or humid conditions (non-weather), work near moving mechanical parts, work in high, precarious spaces, outdoor weather conditions, vibration
