This role will focus on delivering a full line of environmental processing equipment including slow speed shredders, compost turners...etc. This position will cover the Boston and New England market.


JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for finding and developing new business while supporting existing accounts in Boston and New England market. The job is an entry level sales position, and the candidate will be provided the necessary training for the role. The products we sell are large capital investments for our customers, with a long sales cycle that requires professional follow-up and initiative.



  • Overnight travel maybe required to meet business needs
  • Find and develop new sources of machine sales and parts business.
  • Work with internal sales management and product specialists to close deals
  • Support existing accounts in the territory as necessary
  • Follow up on inquiries, sales leads, quotations and bids, using telephone, email and personal meetings
  • Maintain company customer database with existing and potential customers in your territory
  • Use good time management skills to effectively plan appointments and make travel arrangements
  • Provide support to Service / Credit / Warranty departments with repairs and installations, as necessary
  • Comply with company rules and Code of Ethics



  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of business experience. Sales or marketing experience preferred. If no experience, relevant coursework will be considered.
  • Requires job travel; therefore, should live in Boston or New Englad area.

  • Communication: Express thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing, using good grammar. Present concise, well-organized reports in CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Listen to and understand input, feedback and concerns. Provide complete information in an open, honest and straightforward manner. Respond promptly and positively to questions and requests.
  • Teamwork and Relationships: Work with other employees willingly and in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. Cooperate fully with others to achieve organizational goals. Is tactful, courteous, and considerate. Embrace a positive outlook. Is respected and trusted by others.
  • Continual Improvement and Problem Resolution: Identify and communicate suggestions for work improvements. Use technical and analytical abilities to assure existing work practices are the most efficient and cost effective possible. Perform root-cause analysis and implement viable, permanent solutions to problems. Work with both internal and external customers to develop solutions which meet company-wide needs and objectives. Apply a sense of urgency to resolve problems or create opportunities that will increase productivity and create value. Share best practices with other employees across the business.
  • Accountability: Accept responsibility and accessibility for both the strategic planning and the successful implementation of all projects, programs, and duties as outlined in this job description. Advise management of concerns, problems and progress of work in a timely manners.
