- Complete inspections
- Removal and installation of parts
- Implementation of optional accessories
- Maintenance
- Basic diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Testing
- General repairs
- Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities

Alta Equipment Company is currently seeking an Inside sales representative that will report out of Williamsburg, MI location. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
- Cold Calling; Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Researching potential leads through industry references
- Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, technicians, trade shows, website, etc.
- Maintain database of client information. Track performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Work with outside sales team when closing a sale
- Coordinate with all departments sales strategies that exceed customers’ expectations
- Offer customized financing packages to meet each customer’s unique requirements
- Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
